Orgal P 086VR

ORGAL® P 086VR MF is an APEO-free, special cross-linked acrylic copolymer designed for formulating high-performance interior and exterior wood and furniture varnishes. These varnishes offer excellent gloss, high block resistance, scratch resistance, and exceptional adhesion. The formulated varnishes also demonstrate good outdoor durability and resistance to chemical damage from household materials such as soap, coffee, wine, and acetone.

ORGAL® P 086VR MF does not contain Methylisothiazolinone (MIT) as a preservative biocide.

ORGAL® P 086VR MF is suitable for semi-gloss to high-gloss coatings for interior and exterior applications, including joinery wood and metal topcoats, as well as high-performance wall applications. The dried films exhibit:

• Lower coalescent demand
• Excellent hydrophobicity and low water permeability (per EN 927-5)
• Excellent adhesion
• Good block resistance
• Excellent resistance to household chemicals

To ensure safe storage of this emulsion, containers should be well sealed to prevent water evaporation and skin formation. The emulsion must be stored between 5-25°C for a maximum of 12 months. Freezing must be avoided.
