EXPELAIR DF3000

Expelair DF3000 is our specially formulated, ultimate performance powder defoamer with excellent solubility that has been designed to effectively remove unwanted entrapped air generated during processing, mixing and application of a wide range of high-performance drymix mortar applications.

Expelair DF3000 greatly improves workability whilst significantly increasing fresh density and mechanical strengths.

Expelair DF3000 provides improved durability, reduces surface defects and increases abrasion resistance.

Expelair DF3000 is formulated to be used in multiple high-performance dymix mortar applications including self levelling underlayments, pumpable screeds and construction grouts.

Expelair DF3000 can be used on its own or together with Cemkems comprehensive drymix mortar additive range*

The optimum dosage will be dependent on mix design, processes, and raw materials.

For typical drymix mortar applications:
– 0.05% – 0.3% by weight of powder. *
