  3. Safety Climate Survey
    1. To assess employee satisfaction and identify areas for improvement, we conduct an annual HSE Safety Climate Survey. The latest results highlighted:
      1. Continuous Improvement: A 12.8% increase in our overall safety climate score compared to the previous year.
