Succession and success

A third generation joins Rakem! Caitlin Rafferty, the eldest of founder Frank Rafferty’s Grandchildren joins the Rakem Sales Team as a Graduate Sales Executive. It is likely that she will lead the way for the rest of the Grandchildren. Caitlin recently graduated from Liverpool University, gaining a first class degree in Law. Caitlin’s role will involve concentrating on developing the manufacturing part of the business, working closely with our Technical Manager Andy Byrne. Kieran Rafferty, Director and father to Caitlin commented “I always knew that at some point Caitlin would come to work at Rakem. Since a young age Caitlin showed an interest in business, with the timing of the opening of the job and Caitlin graduating it seemed an ideal opportunity. With her commitment to the company I think she will make a fantastic Sales Executive.”
