ORGALWHITE® 2000 is an ammonia-, formaldehyde-, and APEO-free organic opacifier designed for use in water-based paints and other coatings. It is a non-film-forming polymer emulsion that forms hollow air-filled particles when dried. ORGALWHITE® 2000 is used as a partial replacement for TiO2 and other extenders, acting like a fine particle inorganic extender to improve TiO2 efficiency.
With a very low surface area and binder demand, it allows paint formulators to work at higher pigment volume concentrations. This enables cost reduction without compromising performance, or alternatively, improving paint performance without increasing costs.

To ensure safe storage of this emulsion, containers should be well sealed to prevent water evaporation and skin formation. The emulsion must be stored between 5-25°C for a maximum of 12 months. Freezing must be avoided. It is strongly advised to keep the emulsion under slow and/or intermittent agitation. ORGALWHITE® 2000 should not come into contact with glycols, glycol derivatives, or aromatic solvents during storage.
